Q. Why should I do a 6-Week Gut Reset?

A. The Gut Reset is key to giving your body a break from the toxic load we all carry due to our environment, stress and modern lifestyle. Spring is traditionally the best time to reset.

What we eat can cause symptoms like the afternoon energy slump; joint pain; digestive problems such as heartburn, indigestion, bloating & gas; increased perimenopausal symptoms such as sleep interruption, insomnia, hot flushes, irritability & brain fog; poor & slow recovery from exercise; mood swings; and problematic skin, hair and nails.  If you have any of these symptoms a Gut Reset can help!

Q. How does the 6-Week Gut Reset work?

A. The 6-Week Gut Reset is a program that nourishes your body, mind & spirit.

When you join our coaching program, you join our online community, book your individual coaching sessions, order your supplements, receive the 6 week calendar and your program guidebook. The program guidebook is stocked with valuable information on reducing your toxic load and dozens of delicious and easy to make recipes!

We start the program with a prep week to get you, in your environment, with all the factors prepared for success!

For the next 4 weeks we dive into the Reset with weekly yoga classes, gratitude meditations and individual coaching. You’ll also benefit from the exclusive weekly workshops led by various experts and the inspiration shared on our online community.  We will investigate what foods leave you feeling your best and discerning which food groups sap your energy, alter your mood and extinguish your motivation.  The focus is on getting as many fruits, vegetables, plant-based meals into your body as possible!  You are invited to set aside gluten, dairy, caffeine, refined sugar and processed foods for these 28 days.  We are here to support you, give you alternatives, and do the recipe testing for you!

The final week of the program helps you discern what parts of the program are important for YOU to integrate into your life to maintain the benefits experienced during the Reset in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable!  We will also help you mindfully reintroduce foods that you missed the most while paying close attention to how they affect your body, mind and mood!

The 6-Week Gut Reset is an adaptation of the 30 Day Whole Body Detox and was co-created by Cathy Skelcher and Julie Boyer in late 2021.

The 30 Day Whole Body Detox was founded by Julie and her team of holistic practitioners in 2012. The original program had close to 50 program contributors and benefited thousands of clients.

The spring of 2021 marked the 10th anniversary of the 30 Day Whole Body Detox and in the fall it evolved into the 6-Week Gut Reset.

Our mission is to support and inspire as many women as possible toward better health and personal empowerment.
